White Goods Field Engineer

Masterfix have provided in home under guarantee, and out of guarantee, repairs for leading manufacturers’ kitchen appliances for over 43 years. We are highly respected within the industry and our software and systems are acknowledged as driving customer service and satisfaction to new levels.

We are also the only Authorised Samsung Service and Brand Engineers covering the region.

You will be 1 of 2 additional multi-skilled Engineers for Sheffield / Leeds / Doncaster and surrounding areas.

You should be an experienced Domestic Appliance Engineer and be able to effectively diagnose and repair domestic cooking, cooling & laundry appliances.

You will be self-motivated, computer literate and have exceptional customer care skills, a full driving licence and be of smart appearance. You must be open-minded to adapt to a new way of working and embrace field electronics to assist in providing the high levels of service our clients expect.

A company vehicle, specialist hand held electronic diagnostic and reporting equipment are provided, but you should have your own tools.

You will receive an initial salary commensurate with your role, skill set and responsibility.

Administrator / Call Booking / Parts Co-Ordinator

Masterfix have provided in home under guarantee, and out of guarantee, repairs for leading manufacturers’ home appliances (Whitegoods) for over 43 years. We are highly respected within the industry and our software and systems are acknowledged as driving customer service and satisfaction to new levels.

You will already have experienced a responsible position in a fast paced call centre / office environment and developed exceptional telephone and customer care skills linked with fast and accurate data entry. You will be a quick and dynamic thinker able to deal with our Client's and Customer’s varied telephone requests and demands and be able to ensure accurate and uncompromised data entry into our systems. You will be reliable, versatile and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office You will be able to understand geographical and post code maps and demonstrate exceptional communication skills.

Working within a small team you will be involved in total service request co-ordination, answering the telephone, contacting customers, confirming details and booking repairs, performing job triage, assigning work to engineers throughout the UK, chasing updates and providing, written, verbal, email and telephone reports. You will be ordering, receiving and allocating spare parts and provide support to our engineers.

You will liaise with our clients, customers, engineers and subcontractors to ensure complete satisfaction is provided with relevant and timely appropriate back office administration in a demanding and fast paced environment where customer care skills are paramount to professionally manage expected service delivery levels and customer expectations. You must be able to follow instruction and work well independently and as part of a team.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:45 to 17:15, with a 30 minute lunch break.

You will receive an initial salary commensurate with your role and responsibility.
