When it comes to our in-home Appliance repairs, our pricing is simple and transparent and inclusive of VAT.

We make one, Fixed Labour charge of £99.00 inc. VAT for an Engineer to visit your property, diagnose the problem, rectify the fault where possible and bring the machine back to working order.

If parts are required to complete the repair of your appliance, you would only pay for any parts fitted. There is NO extra Labour Charge should we need to return to fit any parts ordered. All parts are guaranteed in accordance with the Manufacturer's terms and carry a minimum of 3 months warranty for your peace of mind and, if the part should fail within this period, the part will be replaced free of charge and there will be no charge for calling out or for the Labour.  For more information see our T&C’s

To book a Home Appliance repair on-line, simply follow the 6 simple steps below and click on the 'Continue to book your repair' button.
Step 1. To check that we cover your area and that we repair your type of Home Appliance.
Step 2. To allow us to repair your Home Appliance and to bring it back to working order, enter your details.
Step 3. Tell us about your faulty Home Appliance.
Step 4. Tell us what's wrong with your Home Appliance. Please be sure to provide as much information as possible; it helps us help you!
Step 5. To book your appointment, select your preferred date ……. simple!

How our appointments work.

If you have provided an email address, you will receive a link to a live ‘Tracker’ on the evening before our engineer's visit, you’ll see where you are on the Engineers call schedule, an approximate time of arrival and our Engineer will also give you a courtesy call at least 30 minutes before arrival too, so that you can plan your day! This link is dynamic, so be sure to keep checking it, appointment times may vary due to traffic and repair times.

When our Engineer telephones you before their arrival, please make sure that you’re home as the Engineer can only wait a maximum of 10 minutes. If you’re not at home, our engineer may have to move on to his next call which maybe in another area and so they may not be able to get back to you on the same day and your appointment would be rebooked.

Our engineers follow the most up-to-date Coronavirus Government Guidelines and will wear protective PPE and wipe your appliance down before leaving your home.

Step 6. You’re nearly there! We just need you to pay the fixed labour charge and your booking is complete and a confirmation will be sent to your email address provided or mobile phone number.
