Our pricing is simple. We make one, labour charge for an engineer to visit your property, diagnose the problem and rectify the fault, to bring the machine back to working order. If any parts are needed we will charge you for the parts used. If we have to order parts for your machine you only pay for the part (payment for special order parts is non-refundable and due at time of order). There is no extra charge when we return to fit the part(s).

All our parts are guaranteed in accordance with the Manufacturer's terms and if the part should fail within this period, the part will be replaced free of charge and there will be no charge for call out or labour.
